To use this skin, go to 블랙스킨 수정 (Korean Screen Board) and download skin_110501.zip (link is located on top-right corner of the post). Unzip the file into Granado Espada\release\user\skin folder. Start the game launcher, and click Config button, then tick Enable User Skin and click Save.

No. Language is always independent of skin, unless the text is part of the graphics itself.
