After training more families, Athena (f/fig) reached Expert Lv.10, while Ambrosia (Emilia) reached Expert Lv.2.
Soteira (Helena) looted Symbol of Aries, Symbol of Scorpio, Symbol of Leo, Symbol of Libra, Symbol of Sagittarius, and 3 gem recipes from 13 Team Arena missions. Uraeus dropped Symbol of Libra, Symbol of Virgo, and Elite Piernoente Recipe this week, while the daily raids on Arsene Circus yielded Assassin Gloves, Aiming Gloves, Mystic Gloves, and Chevalier Greaves. This week's collection of Rough Stones yielded 1 HQ Bloodstone and 2 HQ Obsidian.
For its raid and supply efforts, the family received Elite Le Noir with DEF +5 and DEF Rating +2 from Phalanx clan. Feeling that this end-game armor is worth having maximum DEF Rating enchantment, Thelandira (f/mus) took a heap of chips to the Enchantment
Scammer Merchant again.
Alas! This turned out to be the worst enchantment record for the family so far. After over-writing DEF Rating +2 twice, DEF Rating +1 once, and DEF + Max HP many times, the armor finally attained DEF Rating +3. This torturous re-enchantment process consumed a total of 723 Lv.100 Enchantment Chips and 701 Enchant Boosters.
It took 40 Upgrade Accelerators and 1 Lacquer +5: Veteran for its +6 upgrade. Since the family is now near-bankrupt (3m vis! Yay!) after buying almost 1,000 Enchant Boosters for this armor enchantment and last week's bracelet enchantments, buying a heap of Socket Fluxes is out of question... for now. It looks like it's time to sell some pure ores... and restock more Enchantment Chips from raids. In any case, she still needs better accessories, such as belt and earring, to be really effective.
Anyway, during the week, the family also visited some NPC. The family gave Angie 175 Return Scrolls of each town, and that stupid girl just had to lose them. Gertrude found and defeated the thieves, and she was dropping her panties all over him. And Rio was still pretending to be from Bristia, even though he already revealed his origins in the affairs concerning the Holy Water Chamber in Week 97. After face-palming for a while, the family decided to take these two idiots under its wing, letting them join and giving them new names.
Magrathea (Angie) was named after the ancient planet whose economy was based on the manufacturing of other planets ("custom-made luxury planet building") in The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy novels. Cacofonix (Rio) was named after a character in Asterix comics - the Gallic bard, who thinks he is a music genius, while everybody else finds his songs unbearable.
An Expert former apprentice joined the family as well. Lolita (Claire) was named after the novel by Vladimir Nabokov, in which the middle-aged protagonist becomes obsessed and involved with a 12-year-old girl.
The family experienced 2 disconnections this week, one of which occurred inside Lightning Gate.
