Scenario: The Symphonia Final Episode

The Symphonia Final Episode scenario was added in v28.83.31. This guide is based on USA game client (v29.07.98). See Patch Notes for later changes (if any).



You do not need to give any items for this scenario.
You will need to do the following raid missions:
  • Imperium Rex Recapture (Expert, Master, or High Master)
You will need to kill monsters in the following field maps:
  • Imperium Arma (Normal or Twisted Time)
  • Imperium Gloria (Normal or Twisted Time)
  • Imperium Gloria (Twisted Time only)

[135][Synodia] Clash, Evora vs. Patrician
Prerequisites: Completed The Symphonia Episode 4 scenario.
  1. Trigger quest mail by moving to Illisia.
  2. Talk to Dietrich in Illisia (E7).
  3. Talk to Leona in Illisia (G10).
    • Once you talk to her, you cannot enter the various Imperium Arma maps until you finish Step 4 below.
  4. Talk to all the stationary Evora and Patrician NPCs in Illisia until the next step triggers.
    • The NPC names start with Evora/Patrician [Rank] [Name]. They are annotated on the zone map (Alt + Z). The moving soldiers do not count. There should be 5 spies in all.
  5. Talk to Leona in Illisia (G10).
  6. Start a quest dialogue in Illisia (G7/H7).
    • Neely will be gone after this point. Her shop will not be accessible, and you cannot proceed with any quest that requires talking to her (e.g. Recruit Kael quests). She will return after you completed The Civil War Ends quest below.
  7. Start a combat mission ("Clash", 5 minutes) in Imperium Arma (D9/D10).
    • Defeat 29 Patrician Regular Army (human).
  8. Start a combat mission ("Slaughter", 5 minutes) in Imperium Arma (G9/G10).
    • Defeat 56 Patrician/Evora Regular Army (human).

Prerequisites: Completed the quest above.
  1. Start a combat mission ("Eileen", 5 minutes) in Imperium Rex (F11).
    • Reduce Eileen (human) to 50% HP.
    • Tip: Use a tank and shooting/melee attackers to capitalize on her low DEF. Buff up with potions (e.g. Principal Ampule) before entering the mission.
  2. Start a quest dialogue in Imperium Rex (F11).
  3. Collect Magic Powder (quest item) x500 by killing Witchcraft Troops Special Force (10% or 50%) or Witchcraft Troops 1st/2nd/3rd/4th/5th Regiment Soldier (10% or 50%) in Imperium Arma (Normal or Twisted Time).
  4. Start a quest dialogue in Imperium Rex (F11).
  5. Start a combat mission ("Imperial Guardian", 5 minutes) in Imperium Rex (H4).
    • Reduce Imperial Guard Shu (human) to 50% HP.
  6. Start a quest dialogue in Imperium Rex (H4).
    • You may now move into Imperium Gloria via Imperium Rex (H4).

  1. Start a quest dialogue in Imperium Gloria (B4/C4).
  2. Start a quest dialogue in Imperium Gloria (C4).
  3. Collect Black Magic Powder (quest item) x1 by killing Imperial Guard Rale (1% or 20%) in Imperium Gloria (Normal or Twisted Time).
    • Rale is located in C4/D4. It's better to do the next few collections in normal map since the quest dialogues do not trigger in Twisted Time.
  4. Start a quest dialogue in Imperium Gloria (C4).
  5. Collect Black Magic Powder (quest item) x50 by killing Imperial Guard Rale (10% or 33%) in Imperium Gloria (Normal or Twisted Time).
  6. Start a quest dialogue in Imperium Gloria (E4).
  7. Collect Cross of Black Cat (quest item) x50 by killing Imperial Guard Soma (10% or 33%) in Imperium Gloria (Normal or Twisted Time).
    • Soma is located in E4/F4/G4.
  8. Collect Circle of Black Cat (quest item) x50 by killing Imperial Guard Tess (10% or 33%) in Imperium Gloria (Normal or Twisted Time).
    • Tess is located in I6/I7/I8.

[135][Synodia] Black Cat In Crisis
Prerequisites: Completed the quest above.
  1. Start a non-combat mission ("Archpriest") in Imperium Gloria (C4).

[135][Synodia] Rogue Guild
Prerequisites: Completed the quest above.
  1. Start a quest dialogue in Imperium Gloria (C4).
  2. Talk to Lyndell in Illisia (E5) to give all the quest items collected so far.
  3. Talk to Mirzar Pioneering Merchant in Illisia (D5).
  4. Collect Imperial Guard Insignia (quest item) x10 by killing Imperial Guard Tess (20% or 50%) in Imperium Gloria (Normal or Twisted Time).
  5. Collect Imperial Guard Epaulet (quest item) x10 by killing Imperial Guard Kapu (20% or 50%) in Imperium Gloria (Normal or Twisted Time).
    • Kapu is located in I9/I10.
  6. Collect Shield of Kranus Piece (quest item) x1 by killing Kranus (10%/14%/20%) in Imperium Rex Recapture (Expert/Master/High Master) mission.
    • This mission is available via Royal Road Training Controller in Royal Road (J6/J7). First entry of the day is free, while second entry costs 1 Elemental Jewel.
  7. Talk to Mirzar Pioneering Merchant in Illisia (D5) to give the above quest items.

[135][Synodia] Black Cat Rescue
Prerequisites: Completed the quest above.
  1. Start a combat mission ("Black Cat Eileen", 1 minute) by moving to a random location in Imperium Gloria.
    • Destroy the 3 colonies (object).
    • Tip: When you go pass E4, your characters will start saying: The emerald is shaking. When it stops shaking, you are close to the location. The known trigger locations include J9, H4, I4 (corner of the spiral stairs), I10.
    • Tip: If you fail, you will be returned to Imperium Gloria (C4). Her new location should be close to the previous one.
    • Tip: Use Claire/Jose's Castle Crusher skill. If you don't have 3 of these characters, use Emilia/Scout's Refresh Mind skill on them instead.

  1. Start a combat mission ("The Most Noble One", 10 minutes) in Imperium Gloria (I9).
    • Defeat Dorr (wildlife), Kranus (lifeless), and Labid (undead). 
    • Eileen will fight for you.
    • Tip: They have low DEF and high RES, so use melee or shooting attackers.

  6. Start a combat mission ("The Three Imperial Knights", 15 minutes) in Imperium Gloria (I9).
    • Defeat the Imperial Guards Quan, Olivie, and Paris (human).
    • Joshua, Kael, Bethel, Leona, Amy, Lynn, and Dietrich will fight for you.
    • Tip: They have low DEF and high RES, so use melee or shooting attackers.

[135][Synodia] Remains of Sky Road
Prerequisites: Completed the quest above.
  1. Start a combat mission ("Remains of the Sky Road", 10 minutes) in Imperium Gloria (I10).
    • Reduce Orden (human) to 50% HP within 10 minutes. 
    • Joshua, Kael, Bethel, Leona, Amy, Lynn, and Dietrich will fight for you.
    • After a short dialogue, destroy all 5 Seal Stones (object). The timer will reset to 7 minutes.
    • Tip: Orden has low DEF and high RES, so use 2 shooting attackers + Elisa/Veronif.
    • Tip: Use one shooter (e.g. Jane) to attack and lure him around in circles.
    • Tip: After the dialogue, increase movement speed (e.g. Hermes Potion, Red Lollipop) to get to the Seal Stones quickly.
    • Tip: Watch for the magic circles that appear randomly near each Seal Stone. It can inflict a status like Freeze, Shock, Appasionato, and Petrify. 
    • Tip: Spread out the shooters when attacking the Seal Stone. Maximize your attack speed as you will only do 1 damage per hit. Alternatively, Claire/Jose's Castle Crusher skill can one-hit the seal stone, but you may have a harder time fighting Orden.
    • Tip: Position Elisa/Veronif to avoid the magic circles. Be especially careful near Seal Stone of Earth, as the magic circles inflict Petrify status which lasts a long time. Use Elisa's Depoison skill or Veronif's Alchemy skill to remove Petrify status. 
    • Tip: If you fail, you need to redo the entire mission by fighting Orden again.

  2. Talk to Monblant Bethel in Bethel (F3) to start a non-combat mission ("The Civil War Ends").

[135][Synodia] Hear the Last of It
Prerequisites: Completed the quest above.
  1. Talk to Neely in Illisia (H7).
    • Neely's shop is now open.
  2. Collect Seal of the Emperor (quest item) x1 by killing Imperial Guard Vera (10%) in Imperium Gloria (Twisted Time).
    • Imperial Guard Vera x3 always appear at I9/I10. Vera has low DEF and high RES, so use melee/shooting characters.
    • Within 2 hours after all the monsters in the map are dead, a zone-wide notice will say: The power of Orden revives the Imperial Guardians! Vera and the other monsters will then spawn.
    • After you enter Imperium Gloria (Twisted Time) once, you can move directly to I10 by using Info Center (Ctrl + M) ⮞ Missions ⮞ Remains of Sky Road ⮞ Move To Location.
    • The drop rate is horrible. I got it only on my 25th Vera. Thanks to everyone who helped.
  3. Start a combat mission ("The Last Order of Illier", 10 minutes) in Imperium Gloria (I9).
    • Defeat Amy (human), Dietrich (human), and Lynn (human).
    • Protect Eileen. Mission fails if Eileen dies.
    • Tip: Use Sirius to provoke them away from Eileen. She can kill them by herself without your help.

Prerequisites: Completed the quest above.
Reward: (a) Illier Patriot Medal x1, Stance Ring Box (Event) x2; (b) Grade 37 Weapon Box (Event) x3, Sun Stone x100.
  1. Talk to Neely in Illisia (H7) for reward (a).
  2. Talk to Leona in Illisia (G10) for reward (b).
You can now do Fragment of Emotion weekly quest and exchange Forms of Emotion with Harpe Valeron in Illisia (H7).
