Scenario: The Storm & The Dragon

The Storm & The Dragon (Revelation Chapter 1) scenario was added in v27.00.29. This guide is based on v27.40.06. In v27.56.86, some quests will be made easier to complete. See Patch Notes for changes (if any) after this version.

The quests require the following items:

• +6 Crescemento Dagger or Main-Gauche x1 (not consumed)
• Refined Leaf x20 (x5 in v27.56.86)
• Capybara Key x16 (optional)

The quests require the following raid missions:

• Demonic Medusa (Rank 4)
• Nest of Garim (Rank 4) or Griffon (Rank 3)

The quests require killing monsters on the following maps:

• Capybara Plantation
• Via Fluvial or Abertal
• Mine Passage

Synopsis :

The ancient voice in Emilia's head said, "Storms rage where the ancient dragon rests and the dragon awakens from the storms." You visited Garim, who told Orden that the rule of force was the opposite of what Orden's father wanted. But since Orden's father ordered Laila to dismember him, he was motivated to destroy his cherished world.

You discovered the Garim in the nest was an illusion, even as the nest collapsed. Visiting Lava Leaf, Einwind, and Elmorc, you learnt that the soul of dragon lord Dorr, the most brutal of Orden's servants, was sealed by Laila in Toubkal Plateau. Elmorc suggested putting the soul stone into the Heart of Ryrin, installed by Ferruccio Espada.

In Capybara Plantation, you found the capybaras, guardians appointed by Laila, were possessed by evil... after eating the wrong food. Eventually, you dispelled the wind barrier and found Garim deep inside. Orden tried to tempt you to join him, since he was abandoned by his father after banishing Oscuras to the abyss. You refused because he didn't have nakama power.

Bringing Nena along (with Sierra following behind), you confronted Garim who attacked you. After killing it in self-defense, Orden revealed that if he killed Garim, the soul of the dragon warlord would flow into another dragon in order to hide it from him. Labid tried to kill you and failed yet again. Jurgen suddenly appeared, having escaped his imprisonment by Orden. He was taken again.

Nena believed Orden was trying to absorb the Otite of Wind inside Jurgen. You contacted Violacea about this and learnt through a Time Piece that Jurgen was held in a snowfield for a long time. When you visited, there was nothing, since everything was hidden by some kind of illusion...

Prerequisites: Completed Resurrection of Orden scenario.

1. Talk to Emilia in Port of Coimbra (J7).
2. Talk to Leonora in House of Witch via Bahama Swamp of Eternity (G6).
3. Trigger a combat mission ("Garim Lost Control", 12 minutes) in Vegas Javier (F11).
• Defeat Garim.
• After that, go through a series of gates until you reach a glowing circle.
• Tip: When Garim's gauge bar is full, it will use Breath of Dragon skill in front of itself. Move out of the way when it begins casting.
4. Talk to Emilia in Port of Coimbra (J7).

1. Trigger a combat mission ("Whirlpool of Flame", 12 minutes) in Topolo Durga (D5).
• Defeat Lava Leaf.
• Tip: Use ice attacks to capitalize on its Ice RES -100.
• Tip: Like its raid counterpart, Lava Leaf can buff itself to gain DEF +200 or RES +70.
• Tip: As its HP goes down, it can increase ATK to 29,922 ("Strength Up"), attack speed ("Speed Up"), and Fire Penetration +10 ("Insight Up").

Prerequisites: Completed the quest above.

1. Trigger a combat mission ("Silent Maze", 12 minutes) in Rio Albi (E7).
• Defeat Einwind.
• Tip: When the glowing circles appear, run into one of them to become Invulnerable for a few seconds when it uses its killer skill (Final Electric Shock).
• Tip: Use fire attacks to capitalize on its Fire RES -100.

1. Trigger a non-combat mission ("Tower of Ice Wizard") in Snowfield of the Ice Wizard (K5).

Prerequisites: Completed the quest above.

1. Trigger a dialogue in Abertal (J7).
2. Talk to Diabara in Capybara Plantation (F11).
3. Trigger a dialogue in Capybara Plantation (G9).
4. Talk to Diabara in Capybara Plantation (F11).
5. Enhance either Crescemento Dagger or Crescemento Main-Gauche to +6.
6. Talk to Diabara in Capybara Plantation (F11) with the above weapon in your inventory.
• The weapon is not consumed.
7. Collect Cursed Insignia of Orden (quest item) x222 by killing Fallen Capybara Soul (100%) in Capybara Plantation.
• Fallen Capybara Soul (Object AR60/DR60) may appear after you kill a regular Capybara (not Capybara Knight, Violent Capybara, or Lazy Capybara).
• In v27.56.86, the amount will be reduced to 22.
8. Talk to Diabara in Capybara Plantation (F11) to give the above items.

Prerequisites: Completed the quest above.
Reward: White Gold Bar x5, Expert G EXP Card x5.

1. Talk to Elisa in Castilla Base 1 (H9).
2. Collect Anteater Meat (quest item) x300 by killing Anteaters (100%) in Via Fluvial or Abertal.
• In v27.56.86, the amount will be reduced to 100.
3. Talk to Elisa in Castilla Base 1 (H9) to give the above items.
4. Collect Refined Leaf x20.
• Refined Leaf is acquired with Lv.1 Mixture in your personal farm using Yellow/Red/Green Leaf of Rafflesia x5 each.
• In v27.56.86, the amount will be reduced to 5.
5. Talk to Elisa in Castilla Base 1 (H9) to give the above items.
6. Collect Smelly Demonic Medusa Tail (quest item) x1 by killing Demonic Medusa (33%) in Demonic Medusa (Rank 4) mission.
• In v27.56.86, the drop rate will be improved to 100%.
7. Talk to Elisa in Castilla Base 1 (H9) to give the above items.
8. Talk to Diabara in Capybara Plantation (F11) for reward.
9. Trigger a non-combat mission ("The Source of Evil") in Mine Passage (K9).
• To enter Mine Passage, drop Capybara Key x4 onto the Marker Stone in Capybara Plantation (F1/G1). The entrance will stay open for a few minutes.
• After the mission, you will be moved back to Mine Passage.
10. Trigger a dialogue in Mine Passage (K9).
• At this point, you must choose whether to proceed with Nena's route or Dr. Torsche's route in The Barrier of Orden quest.
• If you wish to change route, talk to the NPC again to cancel before you move on with the other route.

Prerequisites: Completed The Source of Evil quest above.

1. Talk to Nena in Bahama Prophet's Forest (E7).
2. Collect Scattered Garim Essence (quest item) x5 by killing Garim (100%) in Nest of Garim (Rank 4) mission.
• Nest of Garim mission resets in 1 day. Additional entries cost Shiny Crystals (20 x 1 x number of entries). To do them all in 1 day, you need a total of 280 Shiny Crystals.
• This mission requires at least 2 players to start. To solo this mission with a starter, fully clear one side first, return to barracks, re-enter mission, and clear the other side.
3. Talk to Nena in Bahama Prophet's Forest (E7) to give the above items and receive Refined Essence of Earth (quest item).
• Completing this step will remove The Barrier of Orden - Dr. Torsche quest.

Prerequisites: Completed The Source of Evil quest above.

1. Talk to Dr. Torsche in Dr. Torsche's Laboratory.
2. Collect Griffon Leather (quest item) x5 by killing Griffon (100%) in Griffon (Rank 3) solo mission.
• Griffon mission resets in 2 days. Additional entries cost Shiny Crystals (10 x 2 x number of entries). To do them all in 1 day, you need a total of 280 Shiny Crystals.
3. Talk to Dr. Torsche in Dr. Torsche's Laboratory to give the above items and receive Refined Essence of Wind (quest item).
• Completing this step will remove The Barrier of Orden - Nena quest.

Prerequisites: Completed The Source of Evil quest above.

1. Trigger a non-combat mission ("Garim the Dragon of Earth") in Mine Passage (K9).
• You must have Refined Essence of Wind or Earth (quest item) which will be consumed.

Prerequisites: Completed the quest above.
Reward: White Gold Bar x5, Expert G EXP Card x5.

1. Talk to Emilia in Port of Coimbra (J7) for reward.
2. Talk to Nena in Bahama Prophet's Forest (E7).
3. Talk to Diabara in Capybara Plantation (F11).
4. Kill Fierce Capybara Knight x10 in Mine Passage.
• This monster spawns after killing a certain number of Capybara Knights.
5. Talk to Diabara in Capybara Plantation (F11).
6. Trigger a dialogue in Mine Passage (J7).
7. Trigger a combat mission ("Rage of the Dragon", 30 minutes) in Mine Passsage (K9).
• Defeat Garim to start a dialogue.
• Defeat Labid after the dialogue.
• Tip: When Garim uses Dragon's Breath skill which targets a line in front of it, run quickly out of its area of effect.
• Tip: When Garim uses Heavy Earthquake skill, run into the circles of light to become Reversed for a few seconds or you will die.
• Tip: Labid has a huge area attack that can inflict Stun status.

3. Talk to Grandma in Ustiur Base Camp (E5).
4. Talk to Veronif in Viron (F6) to start a non-combat mission ("Orden and Jurgen").
5. Talk to Veronif in Viron (F6) again.
6. Talk to Emilia in Port of Coimbra (J7).
7. Trigger a non-combat mission ("Distorted Time") in Snowfield of the Ice Wizard (E8).
8. Talk to Emilia in Port of Coimbra (J7) for reward.
